Those students who will be successful in getting this joint PhD Scholarship will also get many benefits that this scholarship provides.

The total stipend that is being provided by this joint PhD Scholarship Award is AUD $20,000 per year and will be constantly provided to the student up to 4 years of study. It also includes the stipend and an International Postgraduate Tuition Award (IPTA). This award also includes Overseas Student Health Cover for up to 4 years and 1 return airfare to NSW. Australian Government Research Training Program Awards

This Australian Government Research Training PhD Scholarship Program is funded by the Department of Education and Training. This scholarship is available to Australian citizens, New Zealand citizens or Australian Permanent Residents.

The total value that this PhD Scholarship at UOW holds is $26.682. Doctoral Degrees, Master of Research and Master of Philosophy are the eligible programs for this scholarship. The duration of this award is three and a half years full-time for Doctoral candidates and two years for Master of Research and Masters of Philosophy. UOW – Hong Duc University Joint PhD Scholarship Program for Vietnamese Doctoral Students

The University of Wollongong (UOW) and Hong Duc have signed a collaborative agreement in order to promote high quality research training to qualified students that are from Vietnamese. The students that will be selected for this PhD Scholarship will enroll in a designated program at UOW and will undertake a Doctor of Philosophy degree (4 years) or a Master of Philosophy (2 years) degree.

All the students who get successful in earning this scholarship will be issued with a UOW-HDU scholarship which will provide a stipend of AUD $15,000 per year and an International Postgraduate Tuition Award (IPTA). This stipend will be offered for 4 years to those who are enrolled in Doctor of Philosophy and for 2 years to those who are in Master of Philosophy. China Scholarship Council-UOW Joint Postgraduate & PhD Scholarships Program

The University of Wollongong (UOW) and China Scholarship Council are offering Postgraduate Research Scholarships jointly to those students who are from People’s Republic of China and desire to undertake a Postgraduate Research Degree at the University of Wollongong. Those students who will be selected for this PhD Scholarship Offer will be awarded with an International Postgraduate Tuition Award (IPTA) by UOW.

The IPTA will pay the whole tuition fees of the students. National Library of Australia Summer Scholarships (for Research Students)

The National Library of Australia Summer Scholarship is designed for supporting the research students in the disciplines of Australian Literature, Archives Administration or Museum Studies, Australian History and Cultural Studies. Librarianship, and in Biographical Research. This is one of those PhD Scholarships that is designed for younger scholars with a high need for an intensive period of access to the unique and rich collections in the National Library for their own PhD research topic.
